The Earth is always speaking, and when we shift our consciousness to listen, something new emerges. Wild Yoga is a way of listening and cultivating a life directed by Earth and one’s soul.
Wild Yoga invites you to surrender to the gravity of Earth through practices that open you to the greater intelligence of all the Others, to boldly and vulnerably engage with dreams as mysteries, and to access deep imagination and the compassionate vulnerabilities of the heart.
Wild Yoga supports the cultural transformation of humanity by opening each individual to a deeper listening—to soul, Mystery, and the animate natural world. A living art, Wild Yoga invites nature to inspire the movement of human life; it calls people forth to embody their artistry in service to the world.
Wild Yoga is more than asana. It opens our sensory bodies and imaginations to an awareness of both Earth and our soul’s greatest calling. With consciousness altered, we track the numinous—as it appears in dreams, our body, and waking encounters in nature—for the purpose of becoming who we truly are.

Rebecca created Wild Yoga over a decade of teaching yoga in a variety of natural settings, including the rain forests and tide pools of Costa Rica, the mountains and rivers of Colorado, and the ancient red rock canyons of Utah. Each wild place influences our yoga in its own particular way.
